Shipping & Pickup

I try my hardest to get you what you need as fast as possible! Orders placed before 2pm EST (Monday - Friday) are typically shipped out that day when possible. Everything ships via USPS Priority Mail / USPS Ground Advantage. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package has shipped.

Once your package leaves my studio and the tracking number shows that it has been picked up by USPS, I can not be responsible for its loss or damage. If you have checked your tracking number and feel that your package is hiding somewhere on vacation, taking the scenic route, or showing it was delivered but never got to your hands, please contact USPS Customer Service (1-800-275-8777) or visit the USPS Website to file a missing package claim (CLICK HERE) using the tracking number provided on your order. 

There is an option during checkout for free local pickup at the New Bern Farmers Market. This removes the shipping fee and is great for those who want to scoot in and out of the busy market on Saturdays and/or want to make sure that the products they want are not sold out at the market before they can get there. The order needs to be made no later than 2pm the Friday before and I will contact you to verify that I will have your order with me.
